Ertuğrul Kaloğlu was appointed as President and CEO of Şişecam in April 2022. From 2017 until his appointment in April 2022, Mr. Kaloğlu served as Direct Procurement Director at Şişecam overseas. Mr. Kaloğlu has over 25 years of experience in the global supply chain in a variety of sectors: automotive (Tenneco Automotive), household appliances (Arcelik), industrial products (Ingersoll Rand), and telecommunications (Turk Telekom). Mr. Kaloğlu is an industrial engineer with a Bachelor of Science degree from Middle East Technical University, a Master of Science degree from Marmara University, and an alumnus of Insead’s Executive Program.

Nedim Kulaksızoğlu

Chief Financial Officer

Nedim Kulaksızoğlu has served as Chief Financial Officer of Şişecam since March 2022. Prior to the appointment, Mr. Kulaksızoğlu served as Chief Financial Officer of Pacific Soda LLC, a joint venture between Şişecam and the affiliates of the Partnership. Immediately before assuming that role, he served as global head of taxation for Şişecam overseas, a position that he was appointed to in June 2016. Mr. Kulaksızoğlu also served as CFO for the glass packaging group in certain territories. He held both a Plant General Manager role as well as financial and operational leadership roles in the European operations of Şişecam and financial roles in Turkey. Mr. Kulaksızoğlu has a degree in Economics from Dokuz Eylül University and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School's General Management Program.

Ray Katekovich

Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Ray Katekovich joined Şişecam as Commercial Director in June 2017. His role expanded in February 2020 to that of Vice President, Commercial and Corporate Strategy. His leadership of the commercial function includes management of sales and marketing and the development of our long-term corporate strategy. As a senior leader, Ray is vital in building key relationships and providing leadership in other company initiatives such as capital planning and operational excellence.
Ray has over 20 years of commercial leadership in the chemicals industry with PPG, Axiall, and Westlake Chemical. Most recently, Ray led the Vinyls business for Westlake. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of West Virginia and his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.

Scott Hale

Vice President, Supply Chain

Scott Hale joined Şişecam as Vice President of Business Development and Initiatives in January 2020. His role expanded in February 2023 to that of Vice President, Supply Chain directing all aspects of the logistics process for Şişecam USA, overseeing Purchasing, Domestic and Export Logistics.
Formerly, Scott served as Vice President of Business Development with consulting firms, building and leading project execution teams to over $4 billion in CAPEX. He has 25+ years of industry experience managing teams across North America involved in permitting, designing, and constructing large projects and loading/unloading various liquid bulk, dry bulk, and gas products. Mr. Hale studied at the University of Nevada, Reno, and is a certified Project Management Professional.

Hidayet Özdemir

Vice President, Manufacturing

Hidayet Özdemir was appointed as Şişecam’s Vice President of Manufacturing in October 2022. From 1986 to 2020, he worked as a process engineer, production chief, production manager, plant manager, deputy general manager, and general manager and vice president of production at Türkiye Şişecam Chemicals Group, respectively. Between 2011 and 2020, he managed the activities of the Mersin Soda Ash Plant, Oxyvit Industry, Glass Fiber Industry, Bosnia and Herzegovina Soda Ash Plant, Mersin Chrome Chemicals Plant, and Italy Cromital Chromium Plant as vice president of production. Afterward, he immediately took on the technical consultant role for Şişecam's US operations. Hidayet Özdemir has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Hacetepe University.

Michael McGrady

Vice President, Human Resource & EHS

Michael McGrady joined Şişecam as Vice President of Regulatory and Legal Affairs in 2020. Recognized for his strategic capabilities, Michael was advanced to the role of Vice President of Administrative and Environmental Services and then to his current role of Vice President, Human Resources & EHS, where he provides leadership and direction for the company’s Human Resources, safety, environmental, communications, governmental relations, and administrative functions within the USA.
Prior to joining Şişecam, Michael practiced law for 15 years, including handling federal natural resource cases on behalf of the State of Wyoming and was appointed the Deputy of Torts Division in the Wyoming Attorney General’s Office. Michael has experience working on policy matters for a Member of Congress in Washington, DC and the Governor of Wyoming in Cheyenne, Wyoming and was appointed the State Planning Coordinator for the State of Wyoming by Governor Mead.
Michael holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Wyoming.

Muzaffer Lakdawala

Muzaffer Lakdawala joined Şişecam as Sr. Manager of Business Applications in 2015. Recognized for his strategic capabilities, Muzaffer advanced to Sr. IT Leader to his current role as Director of Information Technology, where he is pivotal in driving digital transformation, ensuring governance, executing projects, and optimizing the operational performance of IT Systems within the USA. Moreover, he offers a strategic vision for planning, managing, and implementing information technology systems, aligning them seamlessly with the company's objectives.
Muzaffer has over 20 years of IT experience, commencing his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Management Consultant, where he excelled at guiding PwC clients towards developing global systems and streamlining IT portfolios through mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with CIOs and CTOs in the USA, Australia, Canada, and EMEA to craft and execute technology roadmaps.
Muzaffer holds a Master of Economics and Accounting from the University of Mumbai and is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Training Program at Harvard Business School.

David Black

Assistant General Counsel

David Black joined Şişecam as Assistant General Counsel & Assistant Secretary in January 2023. His role expanded in June 2023 to that of head of legal for US operations managing and directing all legal and governance aspects for Şişecam’s US operations.
Formerly, Mr. Black served as General Counsel & Corporate Secretary for one of the largest commercial recycling firms in the US, located in the Pacific Northwest. He has 30 years of legal and management experience comprised of Corporate law, Amlaw100, litigation, and legislative practice. Mr. Black obtained his bachelor’s degree in international economics and finance from Georgetown University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan. Mr. Black is also a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and has served as a college instructor at Clark College and Bellevue College in Washington State.
