Ertuğrul Kaloğlu was appointed as President and CEO of Sisecam in April 2022. From 2017 until his appointment in April 2022, Mr. Kaloğlu served as Direct Procurement Director at Sisecam overseas. Mr. Kaloğlu has over 25 years of experience in the global supply chain in a variety of sectors: automotive (Tenneco Automotive), household appliances (Arcelik), industrial products (Ingersoll Rand), and telecommunications (Turk Telekom). Mr. Kaloğlu is an industrial engineer with a Bachelor of Science degree from Middle East Technical University, a Master of Science degree from Marmara University, and an alumnus of Insead’s Executive Program.

Nedim Kulaksızoğlu

Chief Financial Officer

Nedim Kulaksızoğlu has served as Chief Financial Officer of Sisecam since March 2022. Prior to the appointment, Mr. Kulaksızoğlu served as Chief Financial Officer of Pacific Soda LLC, a joint venture between Sisecam and the affiliates of the Partnership. Immediately before assuming that role, he served as global head of taxation for Sisecam overseas, a position that he was appointed to in June 2016. Mr. Kulaksızoğlu also served as CFO for the glass packaging group in certain territories. He held both a Plant General Manager role as well as financial and operational leadership roles in the European operations of Sisecam and financial roles in Turkey. Mr. Kulaksızoğlu has a degree in Economics from Dokuz Eylül University and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School's General Management Program.

Marla Nicholson

Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary

Marla Nicholson was appointed Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary of Sisecam effective September 2019. Before this time, Ms. Nicholson served as Deputy General Counsel and in other senior roles within the organization. Throughout Ms. Nicholson’s tenure with the company, she has been instrumental in overseeing its legal, compliance, and corporate governance functions.
Ms. Nicholson has over a decade of experience in senior leadership positions, including her role as Director & Senior Corporate Counsel at LexisNexis Risk Solutions from April 2013 until November 2018. She began her practice as an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Jones Day. Ms. Nicholson earned a Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.

Ray Katekovich

Vice President, Commercial and Corporate Strategy

Ray Katekovich joined Sisecam as Commercial Director in June 2017. His role expanded in February 2020 to that of Vice President, Commercial and Corporate Strategy. His leadership of the commercial function includes management of sales and marketing and the development of our long-term corporate strategy. As a senior leader, Ray is vital in building key relationships and providing leadership in other company initiatives such as capital planning and operational excellence.
Ray has over 20 years of commercial leadership in the chemicals industry with PPG, Axiall, and Westlake Chemical. Most recently, Ray led the Vinyls business for Westlake. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of West Virginia and his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.

Chris L. DeBerry

Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller

Chris DeBerry has served as Sisecam Chief Accounting Officer since July 2017 and Corporate Controller since October 2014. He is responsible for leading our accounting, financial reporting, and compliance teams.
Chris has over 25 years of leadership experience in accounting and financial reporting with Axiall Corporation and Ernst and Young LLP. Mr. DeBerry earned his Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Science in Accounting degrees from Florida State University and is a certified public accountant in Georgia.

Scott Hale

Vice President, Supply Chain
|

Scott Hale joined Sisecam as Vice President of Business Development and Initiatives in January 2020. His role expanded in February 2023 to that of Vice President, Supply Chain directing all aspects of the logistics process for Sisecam USA, overseeing Purchasing, Domestic and Export Logistics.
Formerly, Scott served as Vice President of Business Development with consulting firms, building and leading project execution teams to over $4 billion in CAPEX. He has 25+ years of industry experience managing teams across North America involved in permitting, designing, and constructing large projects and loading/unloading various liquid bulk, dry bulk, and gas products. Mr. Hale studied at the University of Nevada, Reno, and is a certified Project Management Professional.
