| After graduating from TED Ankara College in 1992, Görkem Elverici completed his undergraduate studies in the Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering at Middle East Technical University in 1996. He went on to obtain his MBA from Bilkent University in 1998. In 2015, Elverici completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. He is currently working on his Ph.D. dissertation in Banking-Finance at Kadir Has University. He began his professional career at İşbank in 1998. Throughout his career, Elverici served in various middle and senior management positions at İşbank, HSBC Turkey, Deloitte Consulting, and Accenture Consulting. Elverici joined Sisecam on March 01, 2013, as the Financial Affairs Director of the Flat Glass Group. He served as Sisecam's Chief Financial Officer from May 2014 to July 2021 and was appointed as Sisecam CEO as of July 1, 2021. |
| Alec G. Dreyer |

Alec G. Dreyer was appointed director to our General Partner in July 2018. Mr. Dreyer served from 2012 until June of 2020 as a Senior Advisor to IFM Investors, a leading investment management company with over $75 billion under management. He also served as Chairman of the Board of Managers and Audit Committee Chair for Essential Power Investments LLC, an IFM Investors holding before its sale in 2016. Mr. Dreyer served as Chairman of the Board, Lead Director, and Audit Committee Chair for Comverge, Inc., a clean energy company when it was listed on NASDAQ. Mr. Dreyer also served on the Board of Directors for EcoSecurities Group plc when it was listed on the London Stock Exchange.
Prior to his Board tenure, Mr. Dreyer served as Chief Executive Officer of the Port of Houston Authority, one of the nation’s leading ports. He also was Chief Executive Officer for Horizon Wind Energy LLC, when it was a wholly-owned subsidiary of Goldman Sachs & Co. He also has held senior leadership positions at Dynegy Inc., Illinova Corporation, and Illinois Power Company. Mr. Dreyer started his career with Price Waterhouse in St. Louis.
Mr. Dreyer is a Certified Public Accountant, a Phi Beta Kappa graduate in Political Science, and Pre-Law from the University of Illinois, holding a Masters of Business Administration Degree with distinction from Washington University in St. Louis.

Michael Ducey was appointed as a director of our general partner in September 2014. Mr. Ducey is the retired President, CEO and Director of Compass Minerals International, Inc., the second largest salt producer in North America and the largest in the U.K. Prior to joining Compass Minerals, he was a 30-year veteran of Borden Chemical, Inc., where he worked in various management, sales, marketing, planning and commercial development roles culminating in President, CEO and Director. Mr. Ducey currently serves as a board member and chairman of the audit committee of Verso Paper Holdings, Inc. In addition, he serves on the board of HaloSource, Inc. and Apollo Global Management LLC, a private equity firm. Mr. Ducey is an Otterbein College graduate, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts; and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dayton.

Oğuz Erkan is a member of the board of directors of Sisecam Resource Partners LLC (the “General Partner”) and serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Ciner Enterprises Inc., which owns 40% of Sisecam Chemicals Resources LLC. He was appointed Chairman of the Board, President, and Chief Executive Officer of our General Partner in June 2019 and served as Chairman until February 11, 2022, and President and Chief Executive Officer of our General Partner until April 15, 2022. Mr. Erkan also has served as a director of the General Partner since July 2016. Mr. Erkan served as Director of International Operations & Coordination at Ciner Enterprises Inc., from January 2015 to November 2015. Mr. Erkan served as Director for Ciner Group in London, UK from June 2012 until January 2015. He served as General Manager of Kasimpasa AS, a subsidiary of Ciner Group, and from 2009 to 2012 he served as a Project Director for the Middle East and North Africa. Mr. Erkan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and International Business from Northwest Missouri State University.

| Hande Eröz graduated with an L.L.B from Istanbul University in 2000 and completed an Advanced Management program at IESE Business School in 2022. She joined Bilgen Law Office in 2001 where she primarily practiced in the areas of maritime, labor, insurance, commercial, and criminal law litigation. In 2003, she moved to İnal Law Office as a litigator until 2005, when she was recruited as a senior lawyer for Şengüler Law Office. There she focused on transactional law, M&A, regulatory, and compliance matters for Turkish entities, municipalities, and regulatory boards. From 2008 to 2018, she practiced corporate law as Senior Counsel at Arçelik A.Ş., while engaging heavily in business law, M&A, joint ventures, compliance, general legal advice, and defense representation. In 2019, she joined Türkiye Şişe ve Cam Fabrikaları A.Ş. as Associate General Counsel, and in 2021, she was promoted to General Counsel with broad oversight for the legal department and corporate legal strategies. |

| Gökhan Güralp completed his undergraduate education in the Department of Business Administration (English) at Marmara University in 1999 and started his professional career at Ernst & Young in 1999. Güralp worked as Assistant Auditor at Ernst & Young from 1999 to 2002 and as Auditor from 2002 to 2003, Financial Affairs Manager at Bechtel Enka from 2003 to 2004, Audit Manager at Ernst & Young from 2004 to 2007, and as Audit Manager at Ernst & Young Moscow from 2007 to 2008. After serving as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young Istanbul from 2008 to 2011, Güralp worked as Budget, Strategic Planning and Reporting Manager at Eti Gıda Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. from 2011 to 2014. He simultaneously served as Finance Director and Member of the Board of Directors at Eti Romania SRL from 2013 to 2014. Güralp worked as Internal Audit Manager at Zorlu Holding A.Ş. from 2014 to 2015. He joined Sisecam and served as Financial Control and Reporting Group Manager from November 2015 to January 2016. He was appointed as Financial Analysis and Financial Control Director in January 2016. In 2019, he completed INSEAD Executive Development Programme. As of July 1, 2021, Mr. Güralp assumed the position of Sisecam Chief Financial Officer. |

Thomas W. Jasper was appointed as a director of our general partner in January 2016. Mr. Jasper has served as Managing Partner of Manursing Partners, LLC, since 2011, and also previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Primus Guaranty, Ltd. from 2001 to 2010. Prior to joining Primus, Mr. Jasper served for 17 years as a key executive of Salomon Brothers, Inc. and its successor companies. Mr. Jasper’s accomplishments at Salomon included: establishing its interest rate swap business, running its Debt Capital Markets platform, serving as Chief Operating Officer of the Asia Pacific Region based in Hong Kong and as Global Treasurer. In 1984 while at Salomon, Mr. Jasper co-founded the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (“ISDA”) and served as its first Co-Chairman. Mr. Jasper currently serves on the Board of Directors and as Chair of the Audit Committee of the Blackstone funds Blackstone/GSO Senior Loan Fund, Blackstone/GSO Long-Short Credit Income Fund, Blackstone/GSO Strategic Credit Fund and Blackstone Real Estate Investment Fund. Mr. Jasper also serves on the board of three non-profits: Phoenix House Foundation, where he is Chairman of the Board, Wellspring Foundation and the SMU Cox School of Business. He received his BBA from Southern Methodist University and his MBA from the University of Texas.

| Abdullah Kılınç graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Middle East Technical University in 1990 and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2012. He joined Anadolu Cam Sanayii A.Ş. as a Production Engineer at the Mersin Plant in 1992, where he later served as a Production Supervisor in 1995. He was appointed as Deputy General Manager at Mina Ksani Glass Container Company in Georgia in 1999. Appointed as Business Development Manager of the Management and Sales Center at Anadolu Cam Sanayii A.Ş. in 2003, Kılınç then served as the General Manager of the Ruscam Ufa Plant, Operations Director of Russia Operations and Operations Director of the Glass Packaging Group. Kılınç was appointed as the Glass Packaging Group President-Turkey in 2014 and, following the merger of Turkey and Russia operations in the glass packaging business line, he was appointed as the Glass Packaging Group President in January 2020. Mr. Kılınç has served as Sisecam Chief Production Officer since July 1, 2021. |

| Huseyin Kuscu was appointed as a director in December 2021. Mr. Kuscu joined Ciner Group as a Finance Director for the United States operations in December 2020. Since January 2022, he has also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Ciner Enterprises, Inc. Mr. Kuscu came to Ciner from Garanti BBVA, a global Turkish financial services company. He held various management roles from 2006 to November 2020, earning a solid track record of successful financial management and fiscal responsibility. Mr. Kuscu earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University in Turkey in 2006. |
| Dr. Selma Öner |

| Dr. Selma Öner graduated from the Department of Industrial Engineering at Istanbul Technical University in 1995 and received her Master’s degree and Ph.D. from the Department of Industrial Engineering at Boğaziçi University. She completed the General Management program at Harvard Business School in 2014. Ms. Öner started her professional career as a Research Assistant at Boğaziçi University and then joined Sisecam in 1997. She initially worked as Logistics Engineer at Paşabahçe Cam San. ve Tic. A.Ş. and later served in various managerial positions there before becoming Supply Chain Director at Trakya Cam A.Ş. Dr. Öner was appointed as Sisecam Procurement Coordinator in 2017 and as Sisecam Chief Procurement Officer in January 2018. As of July 1, 2021, Dr. Öner has served as Sisecam Chief Supply Chain Officer. |
| Ebru Şapoğlu |

Ebru Şapoğlu graduated from the Department of Economics in English at Istanbul University, and she started her career at Flat Glass Group in Sisecam. She completed the Leading in a Global World Program organized by the academic cooperation of Boğaziçi University and The University of Texas, and the Executive Leadership Program organized by the cooperation of Sisecam and INSEAD. Since she started working at Flat Glass Group, she has taken responsibility for different functions of the company, including marketing, sales, business and market development projects. She was appointed as Chief Marketing and Sales Officer in 2016 and Senior Sales and Marketing Director (Flat Glass) in July 2021. As of January 1, 2022, Şapoğlu officiates as Sisecam Chief Sales Officer.
